Rocky Road Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, sugar, flour and cream in pan. Bring to boil over low heat. STIR CONSTANTLY as this can burn easily. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT the marshmallows. Butter 8 inch or 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle marshmallows in bottom. Pour fudge mixture over them. Chill til firm then cut in squares.
