Ingredients
- 3 c. white chocolate chips
- 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 t. Key lime zest
- 2 T. Key lime juice
- 1 c. chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
- Optional: coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, sweetened flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and condensed milk; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in zest and juice. Fold in nuts. Spread mixture in 8"x8" baking pan lined with aluminum foil and generously buttered. If desired, sprinkle with additional nuts and coconut. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Lift fudge out of pan; cut into squares. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
