Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained (can use other type of pasta)
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 smaller can of chopped tomatoes with liquid
- 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 TBSP cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small can sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pepperoni in a large skillet until edges curl.
2. Add onion and green pepper; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.
3. Add tomatoes, olives and spaghetti sauce.
4. Add spaghetti and cheeses.
4. Mix and heat through.
