French Style Grilled or Broiled Fruit

  • Stone fruit cut into halves
  • Butter
  • Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Brush fruit halves with melted, unsalted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Place on a grill over low heat or in the broiler, with the rack at least 4 inches from the heat source. Cook until soft and glazed, about 10 minutes. Serve.
