Ingredients
- 1 C peanut butter - Jif Chunky
- 1 egg
- 1 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Stir Up all ingredients.
Silpat pad - use small ice cream scoop
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
puffy, edges look brown, take out of oven, cool first in pan, then on wire rack.
