  • For Fish:
  • 4 Fish Filets (mild fish -- tilapia, mahi)
  • 2 tsp. chili power
  • 1 tbsp
  • For Salsa:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 cup avacodo
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • cucumber

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill or grill pan. Combine the chili powder with 1 tbsp olive oil and brush over fish -- grill fish until done.

Combine salsa ingredients.

Serve salsa ingredients on top of fish.
