Beer cheese dip

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz. pkg) cream cheese softened
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. ranch dressing mix
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
• 1/4 - 1/3 c. beer

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until creamy. Stir in shredded cheese, onion and beer. Cover bowl and refrigerate over night.
