Ingredients
- 2 lbs. packaged frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise or oleo
- Paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hashbrowns into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix soups, sour cream, salt and pepper. Saute onions and add to soup mixture. Pour over hashbrowns.
Put grated cheese on top. Add a little mayo or oleo on top. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and paprika.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
