Ingredients
- 2 C milk
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 C butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C Baker’s angel flake coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, sugar, flour, eggs & butter in electric blender on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan, let stand about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
