Ingredients
- Balsamic Vinaigrette
- (1/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard- beat all of these ingredients with a whisk)
- 2 bags (10 oz. each) mixed baby greens or Italian-blend salad greens
- 2 avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 2/3 cup pistachio nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
1. Make Balsamic Vinaigrette.
2. Toss vinagaigrette and remaining ingredients just before serving.
