Chinese Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pkg frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 c celery
  • 1/2 onion
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 3 tsps vinegar
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 1/2
  • tbsp sugat
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix rice with vegetables and chill overnight
Just before serving add sauce and a tin of chow mein noodles
Toss and serve
