Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
In a large saucepan over high heat, bring 2 quarts water to a boil. Add sprouts, reduce heat to medium, and cook 20 minutes, or until sprouts are tender. Drain and cut sprouts in half. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, and sprouts. Cook until sprouts begin to brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon juice.
