Lemon Pepper Chicken Grill Pouch with Pepper & Onions

Our lightly herb sauced lemon pepper chicken works fabulous in a foil pouch. Product stays moist and yummy and topping with a dash of Parmesan pulls the flavors together.

Ingredients

  • 2

    portions Lemon Pepper Chicken Filets (493), frozen

  • Buy this ingredient

    cups Roasted Peppers and Onions (761), frozen

  • Buy this ingredient

  • 1/2

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Make 2 individual aluminum foil pouches. 3. Place chicken, peppers and onions into foil pouches. 4. Fold foil up and double fold to seas edges. 5. Grill each pouch 18-20 minutes. Use a thermometer to ensure pouches reach 165°F. 6. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving. Tip: For a complete meal add some LIVESMART™ Six Cheese Tortellini (846) to each pouch before grilling.
