Cheddar Jalapeno Bacon Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups of CarbQuik (Tova Carbquik Bake Mix)
- 1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
- 6 Strips of Crispy Bacon (crumbled)
- 10 Jalapeno Slices (diced up) - I used jarred jalapenos
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Onion Salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Beat cream cheese and egg with a hand mixer until well blended
Add cheese, garlic, and seasoning and mix in using a rubber spatula
Mix in CarbQuik, heavy cream, and water
Mix in bacon and jalapeno
Drop heaping mounds of the dough onto a buttered muffin top pan or cookie sheet.
Bake on 350* for 20 minutes
Allow to cool on a cooling rack for 30 minutes
