Crustless Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• Strawberry Pie (No Crust)
• Serving Size : 4
• 2 cups water
• 1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding mix -- sf ff
• 1 package strawberry Jell-O -- sf ff
• 4 cups strawberries I use less strawberries (enough to cover bottom of pie dish)

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water and pudding mix to boil. Take off stove. Add package of Jell-O and stir up. Let Cool.
Clean & slice the fresh strawberries and line pie plate with strawberries. Pour liquid on top let set in fridge for at least one hour or until firm. Top with fat free cool whip (optional).
