Ingredients
- 8 Eggs beaten
- 1 c. Chopped ham
- 1 c. Sausage
- 1/4 c. Chopped green peppers
- 1/4 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Chopped onions
- 2 Potatoes, sliced
- 1/4 c. Mild pepper rings.
- 1/4 c. Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage and ham. Remove and drain. In butter cook potato slices until almost tender. Add peppers, mushrooms, onions until
tender. Add the egg mixture. Cook and stir gently until eggs are set. Salt and pepper to taste
