Filet Mignons/thick rib-eye
Warm steaks at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rinse, pat dry, and salt and pepper steaks. Saute in unsalted butter...2-3 minutes on each side. Cook in oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, for medium rare on aluminum foil covered baking sheet. Remove from oven, and place a pat of butter on each steak. Serve warm.
