Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 t olive oil
  • 1/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine vegetables with garlic in large bowl. Add olive oil and salt, and toss well to coat.

Arrange the mixture in a single layer in 9X13 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake 400* for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes.
