Ingredients
- 1 C. Butter
- 2 C. Chopped Onion
- 2 C. Chopped Celery
- 1/4 C fresh chopped parsley
- 12 C. dry bread crumbs (1 Loaf)
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 4 1/2 cups chicken broth or as needed (I just pore until moist)
- 2 eggs, beaten

Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet on med. heat. Cook onions, celery & parsley in butter, stirring frequently. Spoon over bread crumbs in a Lg. mixing bowl. Season with poultry season, sage & pepper. Pour in enough broth to moisten and mix in eggs.
Cook on high in crockpot for 45 minutes, then reduce to low for 4 -8 hours.
