Ingredients
- 3 ripe or overripe bananas (4 if small)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mash bananas with fork or electric mixer. Mix together dry ingredients. Add to bananas along with other ingredients. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
