White Bean Hummus DIp

Can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Bring to roomtempperature before serving. Great with pita chips or chips.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T tahini
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 (19 oz) can cannellini beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 garlic clove, peeled

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, and process until the mixture is smooth.
