Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz package fully cooked chicken sausage
  • 1-8 oz sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/3 cup grainy mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut sausages in quarters lengthwise, then in half crosswise. Cut puff pastry into strips 3 inch and 1 inch wide. Roll sausage pieces in pastry strips and put on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake till puffed and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with mustard for dipping.
