Ingredients
- Fresh corn of the cob.
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley ( or dried flakes)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium high. Husk Corn, remove silk, Rinse Corn. Wrap each ear in foil.
Grill corn 15 50 20 minutes turning occasionally.
Remove corn from grill, unwrap.
Mix butter and choice of add in options. Spread onto cob and serve.
Variations:
Use 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce to brush on cobs.
Try 2 tablespoons Caesar Dressing.
Try 2 Tablespoons House Italian dressing!
