Swordfish Paillard with Spicy Grapefruit Salad

  • 1-1/2 lbs swordfish steak (cut thin, about 1/4")
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 serrano pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 grapefruit (zest & juice)
  • EVOO
  • S&P

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oiled grill to medium.
Season swordfish with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Grill on each side for about 2 minutes or until mostly cooked thru.
In large bowl whisk together grapefruit zest, juice and about 1/3 cup olive oil until emulsified. Season with S&P. Toss in herbs and serrano.
