Pork Roast with Ginger Peach Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 2 lb boneless pork loin roast
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Combine season salt and thyme and rub all sides of roast. Grill over undirect heat or bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees until done.

Combine preserves, worchestershire sauce and ginger. Coat prok roast with mixture during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
