Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 12 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Toss gently. In a small bowl combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving add the nuts and bacon.
