Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 4 Tbs Sugar
- 4 piece orange peel; cut into strips (1-inch)
- 24 oz espresso coffee
- cocoa powder; garnish
- bittersweet chocolate grated
Preparation
Step 1
Divide the chocolate syrup, sugar, and orange peel into 4 coffee mugs. Pour about 6 ounces of the espresso into each mug and stir. Top with Cappuccino Cream (see separate recipe), and garnish, to taste, with the cocoa and grated chocolate.
Serve immediately.
