Ingredients
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 2 tbs. grated fresh ginger
- 3 tbs. rice vinegar
- 1 tbs. dark sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
Preparation
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, garlic.
Marinate pork in zip lock bag overnight.
Reserve the marinade. Boil it then simmer for 5 minutes and use as a sauce for the meat.
Grill on direct heat approx 6 min per side. Do not overcook.
OR brown on all sides about 6 minutes then bake at 425 for 15 min. (160
degrees)
Serve with marinade.
