Apple Crisp #2
- 4 cups apples, cleaned and chopped
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter a 8x8 baking dish.
Spoon apples into dish.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for about 30 minutes (depending on the size of the dish), or until apples are tender and bubbly.
Serve with ice-cream and caramel sauce.
