Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Anaheim chiles, dices OR 1 large jalapena, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro – chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce (Tobasco)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well
Let stand for at least 1 hour before serving
Drain off excess liquid before serving
