No Bake Almond Butter Oat Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 Tbs ground flax seed

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together the almond butter and honey. Add in the ground flax seed and then the oats. Mix well.

2. Roll mixture into 1 Tbs sized balls and place on a platter or pan lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
