- 1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 2 . tbsp. sugar
- 2-3oz. pkg. raspberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2- 10 oz. pkgs. raspberries juice and all
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. stir and chill.
Mix jello, water, berries and juice and put in well oiled mold or cake pan. Set until firm.
Blend and spread last 3 ingredients over jello. Top with pretzel mixture.
