Turkey-Cranberry Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 box (7.5 oz) Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® ranch and bacon salad mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 1/2 cups cubed (1/2 inch) cooked turkey breast
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 4 oz provolone cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1 Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water; heat to boiling. Add Pasta. Gently boil, uncovered, 12 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain well.
2 In large bowl, combine Seasoning mix from packet and mayonnaise.
Stir in turkey, celery, cranberries and cheese until well mixed. Stir in cooked pasta.
Transfer to serving dish. Top with almonds.
To toast almonds, sprinkle in un-greased heavy skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until nuts begin to brown, then stirring constantly until nuts are light brown.
