Ingredients
- 3 (8oz) packages of cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Any desired pie filling

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 c. sugar, vanilla and lemon juice for 10 minutes or more. Fill tin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes and let cool 5 minutes. Then combine sour cream, 1/2 c. Sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Add to cakes after they have cooled, then add pie filling to top. Bake 5 min at 300 degrees cool 1 hour and refrigerate.
