Corn stuffing balls

Ingredients

  • Sauté 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • In 4 Tbl. butter
  • Add 1 can creamed corn, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp. poultry seasoning,
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • Bring to a boil and pour over 1 box of stuffing mix or 3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix.
  • Stir in 3 eggs beaten
  • Shape into balls or use a mini scoop. Place in a baking dish.
  • Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over the balls and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
