Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 cups course bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1.2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup seeded raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the mild to scalding. Pour over bread crumbs. Cool add remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered 1 and 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Bake until silver knife inserted into pudding comes out clean. Serve warm with or without hard sauce or cream. I love it with cool whip or ice cream.
