Baked Potato Soup in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients

1/3 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Wash potatoes. Cube, leave skin on if desired. Put potatoes in plastic baggie with oil & soup mix. Mix well until all potatoes are covered.
Bake, uncovered for 35 mins. 425 degree oven. Stir occasionally.
