Ingredients
- 24 Large shrimp Thai Dipping Sauce
- 2 cups chopped peanuts 1 tbl honey
- 1 &1/2 cups Panka bread crumbs 2 Thai Chiles
- 3 eggs severelly beaten 1 stalk lemongrass finely chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 kaffir leaves finely chopped
- seasoned flour for dredging 2 tbl fish sauce
- canola oil for frying 2 tbl minced ginger
- 2 tbl chopped fresh coriander
- 3 tbl rice wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl 1 or baking dish, add the flour
In bowl 2 add the eggs and milk and beat
In bowl 3 add peanuts and Panko
cook until they are done
Thai Ginger Dipping Sauce
add, honey, chiles, lemongrass, kaffir leaves,fish sauce, ginger, coriander and rice wine vinegar
Add to saucepan and bring to a simmer and enjoy.
