Spinach Quiche


Uses Stouffer's spinach soufflé

  • 1 package (12-oz.) STOUFFER'S Spinach Souffle, defrosted according to package directions
  • 5 Italian sausage links
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 4 oz. mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 6 oz. swiss cheese,
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg



Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 400°. Bake pie shell for 10 minutes; remove from oven.

Cut sausage into bite size pieces and cook with onion until done. In a bowl blend soufflé, mushrooms, milk, and eggs. Add sausage mixture and mix well. Cut cheese into pieces and add. Pour into shell and bake for 1 hour.
