Homemade Low-fat Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 inch flour tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges
  • Vegetable oil or olive oil cooking spray
  • Seasonings, as desired

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasonings, as desired. Bake 5 minutes, or until crisp. (May need to be made in batches, depending on the size of your baking sheet.)
