SHRIMP & SCALLOP SAUTE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sea scallops
  • 1/2 lb. med. shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil and butter in skillet. Wash seafood thoroughly. Add seafood and all other ingredients. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
