Ingredients

  • 1 hamburger pattie
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 small potato, sliced in half
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare a bed of charcoal and ignite. On a large piece of heavy foil, shiny side up, center the hamburger pattie and layer the remaining ingredients, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bring up sides of foil and fold over to seal. When coals are hot, place Hobo Packs on foil and cook 30 to 35 minutes, turning 3 or 4 times during the cooking time. Serve with French bread or rolls and eat right out of the foil.
