Pepperoni Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 2 t. olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5-oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, cut into strips
  • 1-1/2 t. dried basil
  • 1-1/2 t. dried oregano
  • 1 t. Italian seasoning
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 8 oz. pkg. refrigerated 3-cheese tortellini pasta, cooked
  • Garnish: shaved Parmesan cheese, fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, red pepper and garlic until crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and garnish. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and cook until heated through. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and basil.
