Roasted Potatoes

A great accompaniment to a traditional "meat and potatoes" meal. If you're already roasting a protein in the oven these potatoes can go right along the bottom of the pan or in their own separate pan depending on your preference.

    lbs Small Red or Golden Potatoes, quartered

  • 5

    Pats of Butter

  • ¼

    Cup of olive oil

  • 1

    Lemon, juiced

  • ½

    Onion, sliced

  • 4

    Tbsp Water

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oregano

  • Garlic Powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a roasting pan and cook uncovered for 35-40. Move around the potatoes every 10 minutes so they don't stick to the pan. Add a little water if they get stuck.
