Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 ½ cups of flour
- 1/3 cup of soft butter
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 envelope of vanilla sugar
- 2 yolks or 1 egg
- Filling:
- 1 cup of powdered almonds
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of butter
- ¼ cup of cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 yeast envelope (levure chimique)
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/8 cup of flour
- rum or kirsch (optional)
- dry fruits (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. To make the dough put all the ingredients in the Cuisinart container and start the machine.
2. Stop when the dough makes a ball and spread in a buttered mold.
3. For the cream, place all the ingredients, except flour and yeast, and start the machine.
4. When reduces, add flour and yeast and when incorporated stop.
5. Pour over the dough and bake in a medium oven 350 30-40 minutes.
6. Unmold and sprinkle rum if you want.
