CHERRY COOKIES

Ingredients

• ½ cup of soft butter
• ¼ cup light cassonade
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 cup of flour
• candied cherries cut in halves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything to a paste.
Roll on floured surface and cut with mold.
Decorate with a half cherry.
Cook at 300 for 8-10 minutes
