Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz. can Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
  • 3/4 cup Sunsweet Lighter Bake
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 and 3/4 cups of unsifted flour
  • 3/4 cup of Ghiradeli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 (21oz.) can Comstock Thank You or Wilderness Cherry Pie filling

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. In bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, Light Bake, sugar, eggs and egg white, mix well. Combine dry ingredients, stir into mild mixture just until moistened. Gradually add water. Stir in chips. Pour into 12 cup fluted tube pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove from pan. Top with filling.
