Ingredients
- Marinade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 T grated onion
- 1 clove garlic mashed
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/4 t cayenne
- 1/2 t sugar
- Pork tenderloin
- bacon slices
- Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 T dry mustard
- 1 T green onions
- 1/2 T vinegar
- salt to taste
- Mix vinegar and dry ingredients together first and then add the rest.

Step 1
Mix marinade in a large bag. Marinate pork tenderloin overnight. When ready to cook put in uncovered pan-place a strip of 2 of bacon on top of tenders. Baste. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
