Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 T grated onion
  • 1 clove garlic mashed
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1/4 t cayenne
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • Pork tenderloin
  • bacon slices
  • Sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 T dry mustard
  • 1 T green onions
  • 1/2 T vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • Mix vinegar and dry ingredients together first and then add the rest.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix marinade in a large bag. Marinate pork tenderloin overnight. When ready to cook put in uncovered pan-place a strip of 2 of bacon on top of tenders. Baste. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
