Kim's Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • crab or shrimp or both
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 cup carrot
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • hard noodles (soak in hot water then
  • cut up)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix prok and eggs together. Put onion, carrot, shrimp and crab in food processor. Process on shred. Romove from food processor and squeeze shredded mixture as tightly as you can to squeeze out as much liquid as you can. Add to pork along with spices and noodles. Cut egg roll wraps kiddy corner. Place a small amout of mixture on long side of wrap and roll tightly. Wet your finger and put on tip of wrap to hold together. Meanwhile be heating deep fryer to about 350. Deep fry for about 2 to 3 min. Let drain on paper towel.
